Damage Deposit

A deposit of £800 is required, this must be received by the day of arrival, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure provided the following provisions are met:

• No damage to the property or its contents
• No changes are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay
• All debris, rubbish and discards are removed to the rubbish bins at the village bin area, all soiled dishes etc are cleaned and returned to cupboards
• All keys are returned
• No linens or towels are lost or damaged
• No early arrival or late departure
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative) or the local law enforcement

Cancellations

A sixty day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of arrival, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

Swimming Pool

Please shower before using the pool.

The pool is for the sole use of the people renting the house, the pool is cleaned & chemicals replenished by the housekeeper.
Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the swimming pool, the owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury sustained whilst using the pool.
Please when leaving the swimming pool area or terrace ensure that all parasols are down and secured, sudden gusts of wind can occur here.

Noise

The house is in a village with close neighbours, so please be considerate of undue noise.

Pets

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet refuse, pets are not allowed on furniture at any time and any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be treated for ticks/fleas at least 3 days before arrival. We assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
